Your system of respond is extremely poor to customer,one moment to inform me my order is cancelled because of unable to put in the slot n you simply cancel the order, the next moment u informed me u are delivering the earliest order, what kind of office works u are doing,u made a false alarm first n did another notification later, this is the way of NTUC fair price co is doing business. My god, the is cheating the customer.

Is this app no longer in use? there is now a newer app that the cashier said I should be using instead of this one. how many apps are there for NTUC or is it Fairprice? so many apps so many names so confusing. I still owe membership fees which right now I don't know how to pay, from which app? I thought apps are for convenience but it's a headache!

I have updated to the latest version. when I open the app on Andriod, it ask me to get the latest version. the cycle repeats. unable to log in.
