It fails all the time. It's been days (I've lost count), and the app is still saying 'We are under maintenance'. My last review was many weeks back. The app has since returned to functioning mode. It is still giving problems either due to malfunctioning or by design: it sometimes asks me to log in when tapped. Why this hassle? Come on, this is not a bank app; I tap it at the supermarket checkout counter to earn link points. Why the need to log in? This just helps build up the queue.

Would give 0 stars if I could. First time install able to login via singpass working fine. However unable pay fees... app gave a transaction error because already had a pending transaction, but there is no way to access the pending transaction. Decided to try re-login but now can't even login back anymore via singpass.. just gives a blank white page and then reloads back to the login page again. The ntuc webpage UI is also very unfriendly, difficult to find things.

Very poor performance. Since i installed it, i could not log in to get my profile n Ecard on app . When try do memberships suddenly the Microsoft force you to set up. Very complicated. I called the help centre till now no help. Till now can not see my profile on the app log in n give you out. Very disappointing.
