Bad to worst.. Suppose to be seamless for user. But had been performing updating and everything equired login, delay user use for the e-card when making payment. The latest update even worst, my qr code keep spinning and try several reinstall, still fail to load. Thought was my impatient but I tried leaving it for 5 mins, the qr code still did not load. Maybe it is time for me to change my phone. 🐒

For a very long time keep showing i do not have membership on the digital page. Very lousy app. I dun expect much but for a big organisation like ntuc. This is trash.

App doesn't work when you need it to even after updating it on a regular basis. It used to work well. I could use the ecard function to scan for points. Please fix the issues. It is very frustrating to deal with an app full of glitches. App shows pending update and never gets updated.
