Have been using myntuc apps while shopping in NTUC supermarket and lately the apps can't login for so many times( not once, it's happens so many times that is why I'm writing this feedback) very frustrating feel cheated. What's the point having apps. I think I need to change to a bigger wallet to put all physical card in order to avoid all excuses e.g. no signal, apps revamp etc.) NTUC is moving one step forward and three steps backwards

Suddenly doesn't work and cannot log in. The login button fails to response and have to uninstall and install again. This happens for a few times, almost every month. Everytime when I want to use it, it fails and its really annoying. Seems the issue is fixed.

it is seriously very very frustrating that you are fast to deduct our credit cards for the premium but simply couldn't be bothered to have a workable app. such a simple thing like a request to login and you require so many failed logim attempts!! seriously IT ppl???
