Bad to worst.. Suppose to be seamless for user. But had been performing updating and everything equired login, delay user use for the e-card when making payment. The latest update even worst, my qr code keep spinning and try several reinstall, still fail to load. Thought was my impatient but I tried leaving it for 5 mins, the qr code still did not load. Maybe it is time for me to change my phone. 🐒

Suddenly doesn't work and cannot log in. The login button fails to response and have to uninstall and install again. This happens for a few times, almost every month. Everytime when I want to use it, it fails and its really annoying. Issue happens again today when I want to use it. And aftet uninstall ans install it again, it still fail to log in. So bad experience...

This is one of the lousiest apps I have ever had to use. And it's because of the lack of choice for a proper way to have the membership QR code available all the time. 1 out of 5 times, I get stuck at check out because the QR code can't load properly. Reviews are probably useless as NTUC has a monopoly.
