The purpose of English Standard Version Bible is to bring modern Bible readers as close as possible to the original meaning of the Sacred Scriptures.

The work of the ESV will never be complete because English usage is always changing. The CBT (Committee of Bible Translation) is charged to meet every year to review and maintain the ESV.

This app demands that you download it from Google instead of other places in order to use it. l When an app makes that requirement it generally means that the app will eventually stopped working if you don't have online access so that the app can access the Play store. It also means that at any time, without your permission, the developer wishes they can update/change the app. Even if you have automatic updates turned off. So yeah, uninstalled

Best app in my phone that draws me closer to God all day 🙌 but please allow dark theme to reduce the brightness 🌞
