About this app

Alarmas App is the official application for activating and managing the community alarm system in your residential complex, housing development, neighborhood, or rural area.

With Alarmas App you can:
• Activate your community alarm in seconds, from anywhere.

• Receive push notifications when a neighbor activates it.

• Automatically call the assigned security patrol and notify the local support network via WhatsApp.

• View live security camera feeds (if your community has them enabled).

• Use the public address system to make voice announcements through the alarm's speaker.

• Receive automatic alerts for significant seismic events.

• Log in with your password or a one-time code via WhatsApp.

IMPORTANT — this app does NOT have a registration form. You do not need to create an account yourself: each user belongs to a pre-installed physical community alarm system, and the administrator of that system creates your user account (with your name and phone number) directly from the app. That's why the login asks for your alarm name and phone number, instead of a registration form—it's a security measure to ensure only authorized residents have access to the system.
