HOW THIS STARTED
Nudge started with one person — my mate Ben. He has ADHD, works full time, was studying, had a new baby, and was drowning. Not because he wasn't trying. He just couldn't decide what to do first, and every existing app gave him another list to stare at.
I spent months asking him what it actually felt like to be stuck. The paralysis. The shame spiral. How just having someone nearby made it easier to start. I built around all of that, one feature at a time. Ben still uses it every day. But somewhere along the way it stopped being just for him.
