You can use Viva app without consuming your megas, navigation in the app is free. Just download it with the best internet in Bolivia "certified by ookla as speedtest winners" and start enjoying all the benefits and exclusive promotions of VIVA APP.
With VIVA APP you can pay bills and charge credit through credit or debit cards (from the secure ATC platform) and with the following Banco Bisa, Banco Nacional de Bolivia, Banco Union, Banco Mercantil, Banco Ganadero, Banco de Crédito BCP . You pay and receive your electronic invoice in the moment!

Do not go with VIVA!!! Biggest money robbing company ever !! They keep charging your money for data even when you on wifi only !! Every package for data or talk or sms is extremely expensive and your money keeps disappearing no matter whether you use anything or not !!! Worst phone company ever!!!!!
