It would be great if the channels didn't stick. if I go to another event, the previous commentary continues over the new one. also, exiting the application is a challenge,same thing the audio stays until you manually force stop the app. I only get two of the four screens to work. second year getting this app and it's the same problems as last year.

love this service. I have been using it going on two years. I'd like to see some updates, but it's been a great app. I'd love for them to offer a better guide. An example would be when you go back to the channel guide, it should default to the channel you selected, not go back to the top. When you sign in, offer the menu, not the NFL network by default. Just some suggestions.

Tried the two day trial, worked great, got to watch any NHL or nba (preseason) games i wanted. So I decided to swith from Bally to NUFU. Doesn't work, I created a NUFU account for the trial and it now does not recognize my email or even allow me to set up an account again. I enter my email and all it says is "error fetching data". There's not even an opportunity to set up another account using another email. Oh well, back to Bally.... UPDATE 12/19/24 no change, still doesn't work
