I understand that the IQBuds are a somewhat outdated product in 2026, but they still sell them and they are still pretty good. But the app is quite limited. It should provide more control as in terms of fine-tuning the hearing profile, balance control and allow world volume control via taps (I guess it depends on the firmware as well). Minor things, such as requiring location enabled in order to connect to IQStream TV are annoying.

I got these ear buds to use for improved hearing. They are fantastic for that and the app works very well. There are two app enhancements I would like to see: First, a more detailed equalizer that would allow me to fine tune settings more, such as adding additional base and treble and not a trade off. The other would be a way to disable 'World off' when using outdoors so a breeze doesn't activate it during a conversation. Thanks for the great product!

it doesn't even show my headphones in the first few 'slides' when you first get the app. so i can't even connect them to the app. I WANTED to get the app to try and reconnect the headphones back together, because they had disconnected from each other. completely useless app, and now the headphones are useless too
