Pretty good layout! My only complaint is that zelle is still super funky. I always have to confirm my identity twice in a row and when I send money out its delayed by a few hours. 0/10 for how inconvenient zelle is but id give it a 10/10 for the overall functionality of accessing accounts, transferring between checking/savings, ect.

UX can be much better. especially when you want to do zelle. And no chatbot or what with customer service features. But the app is all functional and good for daily use of checking balance and transactions etc.

I recently returned to Newmark Credit Union and the experience was smooth and stress-free. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me get my account set up without any pressure. It’s refreshing to work with a credit union that feels people-focused. Glad to be banking with Newmark again.
