The new app is awful. I had an external acct set up on the old app, now it makes me re-add it & wants to take days to verify, when it was already added on the old app. If I pay with a card or external it also wants to charge. This "new & improved" app is so not user friendly either. I've spent 30 minutes trying to monkey around with it just to make my payment. Why put out a new app if its worse?

Wire transferring a loan payment through the old app from another bank used to be free, now it costs $4.99 for direct wire, or $9.99 to use a debit card. Ridiculous, "new and improved" just means another way to charge customers for convenience...
