About this app
Over 1,500 food recalls are issued each year in France. One of them might be in your fridge.
A recall almost never targets an entire product; it targets specific batches. Until now, you had to find the official recall notice and then compare a tiny number printed on the packaging yourself. Numeline reads it for you: scan the barcode, photograph the batch number, and the answer appears.

🔍 CHECK THE BATCH, NOT JUST THE PRODUCT
The barcode indicates that a product has been recalled. Only the batch number tells you if YOUR package is affected. Two steps: barcode, then batch. Brand and batch are compared to current official recalls.
🚨 GET NOTIFIED, EVEN WEEKS LATER
A recall can be issued long after you've shopped. Every scanned product remains monitored: listeria, salmonella, E. coli, undeclared allergens, foreign objects... You receive a notification, even with the app closed.
👨👩👧 CHECK WHO CAN EAT IT
A profile for each person: allergens (the 14 regulated), foods to avoid (pork, seafood, gelatin, alcohol...), vegetarian or vegan, sugar, salt, and fat limits. With each scan, a clear verdict: "Mom: avoid eggs. Dad: safe." »
🤰 PREGNANT, CELIAC, ALLERGIC
Pregnancy Mode: Raw milk, deli meats, raw fish, and alcohol are automatically flagged. Celiac Mode: Gluten detected even in trace amounts. Sulfites identified, including those under codes E220 to E228. Search for a specific ingredient among thousands.
✏️ CODE ERASED OR DOTTED?
Faded ink, glare, inkjet printing: correct the number with a tap, or enter the brand and batch number manually.
📋 THE COMPLETE, LEGIBLE INFORMATION SHEET
For each recall: brand, reason, affected batches, distributor, instructions, and a link to the official information sheet.

🔐 PRIVACY
Photos taken during the scan are deleted immediately after reading. Only the brand and batch number are retained. Entering your allergens is optional. No advertising.

The photo scan and allergen and dietary alerts work with a subscription, which includes a monthly quota of scans. Three monthly plans: Essential at €2.99 for 30 scans, or about one per day; Individual for daily use; and Enterprise for professionals. No commitment, cancel anytime.
