If I could rate lower, I would. I believe I deleted my account months ago, but I am being charged after a free trial expired (which I know I canceled prior to it expiring), and I've been charged $20 a month for a product I don't even use, and after fighting with the app for ages, I finally got to "cancel", and they're having me go through even MORE hoops to try and cancel it!! Judging from the other reviews here, it's not even a new problem, so do yourself a favor and don't bother with this app.

I subscribed to Numerade's free trial over a year ago for help with one question, which they didn't have the answer for, so I canceled my account immediately, wasn't charged anything until last week; randomly, $80 disappears from my account. It had been so long I had to go look up what this stupid service even is. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO! They will keep it forever and charge you whenever they feel like it. There is no tech support, you're just SOL, its not worth the headache!

An app without 100% money back guarantee is just a scam. The app didn't help me at all. Canceled the subscription before the trial ended, got charged, and had to cancel again. They don't offer you any refund. You just left with some useless app. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP!!
