About this app

Numulo is invoicing and proposals for contractors and small service businesses: plumbers, electricians, HVAC, painters, cleaners, landscapers, handymen, and anyone who quotes a job and then has to get paid for it.

Send a quote and get it signed on their phone. The invoice, the deposit and the reminders take care of themselves.

QUOTE THE JOB
- Write a proposal with priced line items, a scope of work and optional add-ons your customer can tick.
- Describe the job in plain English and the AI drafts the line items, using realistic prices for your trade. Edit anything before you send.
- Your saved price list fills in rates as you type. Break a line into parts and labor if you like.
- Start from a saved job template instead of a blank page.

GET IT SIGNED
- Your customer opens the proposal on their phone, picks the add-ons they want and signs with their typed name. No app or account needed on their side.
- Every acceptance is kept as a permanent record: name, time, and exactly what they agreed to.
- Change orders on an accepted job are signed the same way.

GET PAID
- Accepting a proposal creates the invoices for you: a deposit invoice first when you ask for one, then the balance.
- Customers see the invoice online, download the PDF and tap "I've paid". Your Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal or check details are printed on every invoice.
- Friendly payment reminders go out on a schedule you choose, and stop the moment the invoice is paid.
- Record payments by hand or match them from a bank statement upload. Receipts go to the customer when an invoice is paid.

KNOW WHERE YOU STAND
- Home shows what needs you today and what is already handled for you.
- Notifications on your phone when a customer opens a proposal or invoice, accepts, approves a change order or says they paid.
- Expenses with receipt capture from your camera, reports by month, a year-end tax package, and exports for QuickBooks and Xero.
