NEC Code Exam Quiz

National Electric Code (NEC) is a standard adopted in United States of America for safe installation of electrical wiring and components. For obtaining license for carrying out electrical related works, in depth understanding of the code is necessary. Almost all the license exams will have a section related to NEC code. NEC code is not a book to read just before the exam. The best way to learn the NEC Code is through interaction with others (group study) and attempting number of practice tests.

NEC Code consists of 9 chapters each dividing into four groupings: General Requirements; Specific Requirements; Communications Systems and Tables

Chapter 3: Wiring Methods and Materials
Chapter 4: Equipment for General use
Chapter 5: Special Occupancies
Chapter 6: Special Equipment
Chapter 7: Special Conditions
Chapter 8: Communications Systems
Chapter 9: Tables – Conductor and Raceway Specifications

This section consists of National Electric Code (NEC) Code Practice Questions which helps in learning the code easier. All the NEC Practice Tests are as per the NEC 2014 Code. Each test consists of 10 to 15 questions. This section is updated regularly hence requested to visit again for more practice tests. Please take free practice tests.

Can't use it! I'm not changing the settings on my phone to use an app guys. you can't hit "next" because the phone's "back" button is in the way. Makes it impossible to take any tests. I've emailed them, and haven't heard back. it's been over 6 months.

it is a great app if you're trying to learn the basics for passing your residential and journeyman exams the only reason it doesn't have full stars is a crashes constantly in the middle of quizzes if you take them like two or three at a time besides that it is a great learning tool

Alot of grammatical errors and incorrect answers, but a good supplemental study tool.
