Using this app at first was very engaging but after a month I earned enough points(5000) to pull out what I had made with tap to earn and received errors since then like not being able to get my tokens and my points,mined blocks and levels resetting back to the beginning Every time I tap to earn. it has been difficult to reach out to the support team

I tried mining. First, you need to tap every 2 min. not being able to use your phone otherwise the clock stops .. then, you can buy "equipment" to improve the mining rate. which gives u 5 points every 2 min. U can only claim NURA with 5000 points so it takes a looong time to reach it. finally they give you 10.000 nura for 5.000 points, which is 1.50 USD and the gas they charge is 0.65 USD today... crazy work for nothing. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Transferred ETH into my Nura wallet but wasn't able to swap it for anything at all. Every attempt failed, but gas fees were still charged. After many failed attempts, I tried to send my ETH back to another wallet. This has also failed on several occasions. My ETH is now stuck in this app/wallet. I attempt to use the "contact us" chat, but this doesn't work either. Messages just don't send. Seems like a scam site/app to me. *** 06/08/25 after an app update I have now been able to send my ETH out
