Nurwa is a calm, ad-free Islamic app for your daily ibadah: prayer times, Quran, hifz, qibla and hijri calendar in one.

🕋 Prayer times & adhan — Accurate prayer times for your location, with Hanafi or Shafi'i/Maliki/Hanbali Asr method. Prayer notifications with or without adhan, adjustable per prayer.

📖 Quran reader — Read the Quran with Arabic text (Amiri, Amiri Quran or KFGQPC Madinah Mushaf), transliteration and translation (EN/NL/FR). Works offline; background audio for recitation.

🧠 Hifz tracker — Memorize the Quran with cloud sync. Mark ayahs as memorized, reviewing or weak. Quiz mode to test yourself.

🕌 Qibla compass — Find the qibla direction with your device's magnetometer, including distance to the Kaaba.

📅 Hijri calendar — Hijri ↔ Gregorian conversion, Islamic holidays, Hajj guide (8–12 Dhul-Hijjah with daily reminders).

🌙 Ramadan mode — Automatically active from 1 Ramadan to 1 Shawwal, with countdowns and suhoor & iftar reminders.

🤲 Duas — Dua collections by category (morning, evening, food, travel, ...), with search and favorites.

📿 Tasbih counter — Digital tasbih for SubhanAllah, Alhamdulillah, Allahu Akbar.

🕯️ Mosque finder — Find a mosque nearby, with women's access filter, contact info and navigation. Crowdsourced via OpenStreetMap.

👨‍👩‍👦 Family mode — Follow your family members' prayer status and hifz progress. Private per family.

💬 Community — Private and public groups with a calm, moderated feed.

☁️ Weather — Local conditions via Open-Meteo.
