The new update is awful! My Lumi Spa gets stuck when I use the app, and the 2-minute countdown extends to 4 minutes. With my Renu, when using the app, errors occur that prevent me from completing my 5-minute routine, only allowing me to do 2 minutes. However, if I don’t open the app, both devices work properly. So definitely, the app is failing.

Skin consultation will not work; it tells me something went wrong and to retry again. I have a Pixel pro 7 phone, and now i'm reading reviews that this doesn't work well with Android. Had i known that prior I would not have purchased. I have reinstalled the app several times just to get it to connect to the device. I'm very disappointed in this app, it was the whole reason I purchased the Lumispa IO as I already have a regular Lumispa. I will be returning if the app can not be fixed.

Update. I got a new phone (Galaxy S24 Ultra) and this will not pair at all. What a waste of money! I can't access any of the renuspa library. I just keep getting the, "Oops something went wrong. Try refreshing the page." I'm so disappointed that I spent this money and can't use it. Update - it is working now. My only complaint is that I can't change the minutes of my renuspa when the app is running. It wants me to switch from 4 minutes to 3, but I can't unless I exit the app.
