I hate that the app doesn't tell me the combined total of my savings/checking anymore. I also wish it told me the balance of my credit card in big numbers instead of how much I have available to spend... it gives me a heart attack every time. The new app makes it way too hard for me to tell how much money I even have. The only positive to the new app is logging in with my fingerprint.

The new app is horrible. Constantly reloads while I'm trying to enter my password. They no longer offer a PIN login. Harder to navigate and certain links take you out of the app and onto an external webpage. Haven't confirmed it yet but a lot of people are complaining about it sharing information with 3rd parties as well.

I'm so disappointed. The only reason I haven't changed yet is because of the inconvenience of having to go through the process of switching all my accounts. If someone were to take something from this review, it's this: Don't bank here. Do your research. After today's issue, I'm done. If there is a problem with a bank, this bank has it all, from the app to customer service. It's been taking a week for my bills to get paid. Then it doesn't reflect after I pay a bill. You guys suck!
