NutriTrack is a mobile and web-based interactive information system developed to help monitor children's nutritional status in the Selayar Islands Regency. This system integrates anthropometric data, health history, nutrition education, growth visualization, and early warnings that can be directly accessed by the community and health workers. This research uses R&D, Design Thinking, and quasi-experimental approaches to design, test, and evaluate the effectiveness of NutriTrack. The research outputs are a functional application prototype, reputable international publications, and digital policy recommendations to strengthen community-based nutrition interventions with the target of TKT 3.
