The APP can be connected via Bluetooth to use the location function of the card to locate the product, so that through the APP to help users find their lost items. Is a good anti-lost object APP.

Don't waste your money. The tracker worked once and then has never updated its location. It only works if you are near it by beeping to identify its location. When pushing the "declared lost" button it tries to find other blue tooth users to give its location, that does not work either. Very disappointed with a product that had so much promise.

From the other comments, I would say most folks don't understand that the device doesn't update its location constantly. It checks location periodically and then shows offline until the next update. What it shows you its location on the last update, seems to be roughly 10 minutes or so. It IS likely working even if it shows offline, just check the last interval and you'll likely see that the last update was minutes ago. One star off for the documentation now explaining that properly.

thankfully this was a gift and not purchased directly by me. the app connects to the device but once you leave the app and go back to it it no longer works. horrible system and a waste of my time trying to troubleshoot why it isn't working. don't get this for yourself or anyone else you're better off with an air tag or tile if you want to find your stuff.
