About this app

TennisDroid turns your phone into a smart tennis scoreboard. Use any Bluetooth remote button to track points hands-free while you play — no need to stop and tap your phone between points.

HOW IT WORKS

Clip your phone courtside and pair any Bluetooth remote button (camera shutter, presentation clicker, or any HID device). Single click adds a point for you, double click for your opponent, and long press undoes the last point. The app
auto-detects your remote — just tap "Detect Button" in settings and press any button.

Prefer touch? Tap the on-screen buttons instead. Either way works.

UMPIRE-STYLE VOICE ANNOUNCEMENTS

After every point, the app calls out the score like a real chair umpire — "Fifteen Love," "Deuce," "Advantage In," "Game and Second Set, Sarah, 6-4." Hear exactly what the score is without looking at the screen.

THREE MATCH FORMATS

• Standard: Best-of-3 sets with advantage scoring — full traditional tennis rules
• League: Best-of-3 sets where the 3rd set is a 10-point match tiebreak — common in recreational leagues
• Fast: Single 8-game pro set with no-ad scoring — perfect for quick matches when time is limited

All formats include proper tiebreak rules, deuce/advantage handling, set tracking, and full match history. The scoreboard tracks who's serving with a visual indicator and automatically alternates each game — including proper tiebreak serving rotation.

WEAR OS COMPANION


See the live score on your watch and score directly from your wrist. Tap the left side for your point, right side for opponent, long press to undo. The watch syncs in real time with your phone and automatically matches your chosen color theme.

Ambient mode keeps the score visible at a glance with a low-power always-on display.

CUSTOMIZABLE

• Set player names (displayed on screen and in voice announcements)
• Choose from 4 color themes including a colorblind-safe option
• Adjust button sensitivity (double-click and long-press timing)
• Toggle voice announcements on or off

MATCH SUMMARY

When a match ends, see a complete summary with set-by-set scores, game breakdowns, and the final result — all in one clean view.
