Nuvela is the support worker app for Australian NDIS disability service providers. It's used by support workers to manage their shifts and record the care they deliver — all in one place.

Nuvela is provided to you by the disability service provider you work for. You'll be invited to join by your organisation; the app is not for general public use, and you'll need an invitation from a subscribing provider to get started.

BUILT FOR SUPPORT WORKERS

Nuvela keeps the admin side of support work simple, so you can focus on delivering great care. Everything you record flows straight to your provider organisation, helping them stay compliant with NDIS record-keeping requirements.

LOCATION & PRIVACY

Nuvela uses your location to verify shift clock-ins and to log travel distance for your timesheets. Location is only used while you're working, for these work purposes, and is shared only with the provider organisation you work for — never sold or shared with advertisers.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app (settings → Delete account).
