About this app

Nuvistar Ops is the operations console for Nuvistar's vehicle transport business. Dispatchers and managers use it to run the day: intake orders, assign drivers, follow jobs in progress, and close out billing.

• Create and manage customer orders covering one or many vehicles
• Assign drivers to jobs and track pickup, transit, and delivery status
• Watch active jobs on a live operations map with driver positions and ETAs
• Message drivers directly on any job
• Review proof of pickup and delivery, including photos and signatures
• Generate invoices, record payments, and approve driver payouts
• Track performance with operational reports

Nuvistar Ops requires an existing Nuvistar operations account. It is intended for authorized staff and is not a general-purpose consumer application.

What’s new

Nuvistar Ops now adapts to tablets, with a sidebar that keeps every section one tap away and layouts that use the full screen. Screens also stay on screen while new data loads, and show clear messages if the connection drops.
