Ratings and reviews

All app controls are on the bottom of the screen, where our phone controls are. I want to press back, I go to a discard screen or a bookmark screen CONSTANTLY. Then the app sends me to the dashboard (the beginning). Also, typing in the comments box, my phone keyboard jumps down, up, down, up with every keyboard type, sometimes without even typing. Like its going thru spasms. Only on this app. I have to cut/paste from another app to fill in the comments.

Truly an unenjoyable and frustrating experience. This application feels like it is held together with glue and a couple of sticks. Regularly crashes, takes forever to load, and it constantly clocks me out when I "clock in" to a workorder. Overall I would not recommend using this app unless you absolutely have to.

Always re-uploads when opening or going back to it even with job active. Frequently logs me out even with job active. it's a work app that asks for updated passwords every 3 months, I cant keep up. I was out for bereavement, forgot my password. oh it politely asks to update it, but it has more security than my bank. we are workers, & this app gets in the way of work. adding time to jobs. yes, this review is on company time because that's when I use it, and it interrupts work for a review. nice.
