All app controls are on the bottom of the screen, where our phone controls are. I want to press back, I go to a discard screen or a bookmark screen CONSTANTLY. Then the app sends me to the dashboard (the beginning). Also, typing in the comments box, my phone keyboard jumps down, up, down, up with every keyboard type, sometimes without even typing. Like its going thru spasms. Only on this app. I have to cut/paste from another app to fill in the comments.

Horrendous app. I spend more time trying to close work orders than physically doing them. If any work orders don't properly sync it gets stuck in an eternal loop. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone for any reason unless you have unlimited time to sit on the phone with their "service" dept. HORRIBLE

crashes regularly, frequently must re-download n rebuild its database
