• Role-based privacy keeps technician profiles private until a technician applies, joins a team, or an administrator needs access for support and safety.

SAFETY AND CONTROL
• Secure sign-in, password recovery, account-deletion controls, role-based permissions, work-order messages, audit history, and reporting tools.
• Sensitive identity, tax, banking, insurance, and document fields remain private and are used only for authorized marketplace operations.

Location tracking is optional and starts only when a technician begins a work trip. A persistent notification stays visible while tracking, and tracking stops at arrival or when the technician taps Stop trip.
