Ratings and reviews

The App often glitches even after purchasing a new phone, as well as unistalling and reinstalling the App. I've had the app for several years with no improvement so I rarely use it and doubt it'll be fixed. It often says call a number because of an "unknown error". It's easier to just go online to the website and put in the multiple passwords than using this App which is agrivating. Please fix this issue and Ill be happy to change my rating. (I really do like the bank though).

Took a few weeks to figure it all out since it's my first ever smartphone banking app and let's just say I'm past full retirement age. Sure nice to make deposits and pay bills while I wait at the DMV or doctors office as easily as if I were at my desktop computer at home. Works very well.

Be nice if for once this app "updates" it could remember our log-on process, i.e. thumb nail. Security experts: Don't write your 50 passwords down. Don't use dog names. Don't use kid names. Bla bla bla.... update 50 apps every other day... reset 50 passwords... if the app don't remember the user name jump thru all these hoops....
