I love the features this bank and their app offers. It's pretty straight forward, easy to learn, easy to use, and it has a feature where you can keep an eye on your credit score. It even has suggestions on boosting your credit score. Check this thing out! Another beautiful feature, this app has a "switch" that will allow you to 'turn off' your banking card, so as to prevent unauthorized transactions. I wish they all had this feature.

The App often glitches even after purchasing a new phone, as well as unistalling and reinstalling the App. I've had the app for several years with no improvement so I rarely use it and doubt it'll be fixed. It often says call a number because of an "unknown error". It's easier to just go online to the website and put in the multiple passwords than using this App which is agrivating. Please fix this issue and Ill be happy to change my rating. (I really do like the bank though).

very difficult to set up. birthday in jan 59. did not appreciate having to scroll back 798 times to record in system. Took 3 phone calls Allie, Evelyn, and Meghan and 1 visit to bank to get set up finally. whoever designed the scroll back to your DOB, instead of just typing the date in, should be shot.
