UPDATE: App is working now and it was fixed in a matter of hours so thank you. The app even when working still isn't perfect. There's an option to change the order in which you see things regarding usage & it never holds... Past few days cannot open app. There's a pop-up that says update available you click on that it comes to Google Play and there's no update available. I've tried uninstalling reinstalling and the same issue every time. I will change my review once this is rectified.

You have the latest version of the app (version 3.10.0 -- current as of today's date 4/7/2026) Are you able to open and use the app now?

Terrible! Out of the blue the app started popping up a notification that says that it needs an update and you cannot use the app until the notification is gone. The problem is that it doesn't. I checked Google Play and it says it doesn't need one. I even uninstalled and installed it twice with no difference. NV Energy Customer Support is a joke. Either they don't read what you say the issue is, or they don't understand what they are reading. Waste of time.

everything is fine. The only reason for the low score is. It's virtually impossible to reach a live customer service representative. Endless often frustrating foing throught many several automated system options to reach a live person. Example just to inquire and get information on programs like "the equal pay," option. Especially for seniors or others who don't have or use the internet.
