Ratings and reviews

Unfortunately lowering a previous five-star rating to a two. Additional forms of in-game currency have been added to encourage microtransactions for every type of advancement, the ability to acquire currency without paying has been drastically reduced which in turn makes acquiring new cards more difficult than ever, and the card drop rate has rapidly accelerated. A multitude of new cards are dropped monthly if not weekly, making it difficult for even dedicated players to keep up with cards.

It sucks to say, because the game IS fun, but under current management, it's only fun enough to get you interested, then comes the non-stop predatory monetization. Free to play players need not apply, if you're not whaling, you're not playing. It's actually worse than when Nuverse owned/published them, and that's insane to me. It's in a bad state right now, and I wouldn't bother with it.

I personally am not one to drop reviews but I got to give credit where it's due. I'm having a lot of fun with this game. It's really unique and no match feels the same. It has a lot of strategy, variety and awesome characters. I got hooked instantly since you can outsmart and surprise opponents. It's really hard to want to put my phone down now lol.
