When it works, it functions as expected. When it doesn't, it can be frustrating. When it fails to work, you can't login and your locked cards remain so! Even at the most inopportune moment: at the car rental counter AT THE AIRPORT!!! It was just by chance that I thought to uninstalled/reinstalled the app that I was able to get back. NWFCU couldn't help. It might be a good idea for them to merge card control with their banking app which I had no problem accessing during this fiasco.

Loses my biometric settings often, requiring me to reset it which is very annoying. It periodically shows incorrect card status but this only happens rarely. I do like being able to lock and unlock my cards when they are in use.

Yes, I get notifications when card is used, but it doesn't tell me how much and where it was used. As a result, I have to the NWFCU app and log in to that to see where the charge was. Why not send a notification with the amount AND the vendor in one message?
