Welcome to NW Plus CU’s Mobile Banking App where we offer 24/7 convenient, secure access to your accounts at the touch of your fingertips. With the NW Plus CU Mobile Banking App, you can securely access your accounts, view recent transactions, pay bills, transfer money, find branches and remotely deposit checks.

To access NW Plus CU Mobile Banking, you must be a NW Plus CU Online Banking member as you use your Online Banking ID and password to access your accounts. If you are not a NW Plus CU Member or if you have questions about the Mobile Banking service, call us at 425.297.1000 or 800.456.6481 or stop by any of our branches. Online and Mobile Banking are free to use, though your service provider may charge for connectivity and usage.

I find this app okay but the bill pay could use some work, more access to information. It would be A LOT better if there was a way to mark the items on the screen as we balance the check book, had that YEARS ago with BOA. This review was done before the change. The new app SUCKS. I have a hard time figuring out what account is what. What account has been paid on bill pay. You need to get customer input and redo it again.!!!! Not everyone is a tech geek.

The App seems like a forward approach to keeping things clean and simple while giving you the information that you need. It would be better if all people on the account were able to utilize alerts/info in the same manner, not just the Primary.

The app needs an update!!! this is a very low quality app for this day and age!!! please fix the app, fix mobile transfers and stop charging a transfer fee when both parties bank with you, when we have to call in and make the transfer since its not offerd on the app. ohh and stop closing on black Friday or up our atm withdrawal limits on holidays since yall like to take extra long holiday vacations
