If you don't have the most current updates on your phone or GOD FORBID don't have a NEW phone, this app will NOT work on your phone and you're unable to do mobile banking. Mobile banking should be available to everyone not just people who are rich enough to afford new phones. It's terribly bad business to be SO non-inclusive with mobile banking. the message is, "Sorry (not sorry) you're too poor for our services." NOT a good look.

The app works well and I LOVED the upgrade to allow fingerprint log in...but then it suddenly wanted to use my irises (my eyes) to log in. it works less than half the time and is VERY frustrating. I just want to go back to being able to use my fingerprint bit no one seems to be able to help with this.

Usually works OK except when I try to deposit multiple checks. Then it keeps making me re-take the photo as many times as I'll tolerate trying. Then I give up, log out and start over. Except for today when it's not allowing me to deposit more than one check.
