Update 6/1/2022 Opened NWPCU app today for the first time in months to do a mobile deposit, and got through log-in, providing deposit info, and taking picture of front of check, but the app locked up trying to take pic of the back of the check. It just froze and wouldn't let me complete the second photo. So, once again I uninstalled and reinstalled from Google play store, and tried again, and it's STILL insisting that I "do not have network connectivity" when I have strong wifi in my home.

Sometimes my password will not work. Then using the same password the next day it works. I verified that the password I used the first time was correct. The message returned; "call the credit union". Of course they don't have a 24 hr line. So what good is that? I attempted again using the same password this morning. The transaction went through perfectly. I'm certain it was either the app or the system wasn't available for some reason; if that's the case, use a different message.
