Konica Minolta FlowCap is enterprise tool which enable employees to scan their documents directly into any internal or external system from anywhere.

Do not be dependent on document scanner, MFD or your presence in the office. Scan your bills, contracts, invoices or any other documents into internal enterprise system from anywhere.

Use features like:

- Scan document or take any photo

- Add description, customer ID, amount and any others

- Upload image and metadata into enterprise system, DMS or cloud storage

- Process with OCR module and store your file in PDF, MS Office or other formats

- All from the outside the office!

What’s new

Documents captured in multi-file mode are now converted to PDF before upload, ensuring consistent formatting across all scan modes.
Fixed issues with metadata handling and form submission when using indexed metadata fields in both multipage and multi-file modes.
General code quality improvements and cleanup.
