NWSC (Official) Mobile allows National Water customers to view their outstanding balance, make payments to clear their water bills, generate statements for their accounts, predict bills, view historical bills and payment details e.t.c

The app also allows non-customers check for new connection application status, view the new connection as well as tariff guide, send general feedback via email, calls or social media pages, view the frequently asked questions e.t.c

Failed to update, even after Uninstaller and re installing a new version from Google play which I thought would be an updated version, the update app prompt kept popping up and with it on you cannot access anything in the app. Frustrating

Failed to register, over and over again. Keeps stating 'invalid customer reference number'. Even with Customer reference number (I used to pay the bill), it won't work. States invalid customer reference number. First two digits are 36 Located in Kampala Account Number starts with 21 It still does not work, like I keep saying. The account number on top right of the bill still fails to register.

Why is the app failing to login whenever I try it gives an erro "app has stopped, close, exit, try again. You need to fix the bugs in the app or just accept that you can't manage having an app instead of wasting out time, data and storage space. Hope I will get feedback Asap so that I can make a decision of deleting it.
