About this app

Muster HRMS brings your workplace HR into one app — attendance, leave, payroll,
salary slips and employee records, for the people who run HR and the people who work
there.

Employees check in from their phone. HR sees the register update live. Nobody chases
a spreadsheet.

Attendance tracking with selfie and GPS
Clock in and out with a photo and a location stamp, so on-site attendance is
verifiable without a punching machine or a paper register. HR gets a live attendance
register with daily and monthly summaries, late marks and half days. Set office
locations, geofence radius and shift timings per branch, and exempt field or sales
staff who legitimately work away from the office.

Leave management
Apply for leave from your phone and watch approvals move in real time. Managers
approve or reject with a tap. Set up leave types, leave policies, probation rules,
holiday calendars and weekly offs. Balances update automatically, so nobody emails HR
to ask how many days are left.

Payroll and salary slips
Run payroll for a pay period, generate salary slips and publish them straight to
employees. Earnings, deductions, allowances and net pay are itemised, and every slip
downloads as a PDF. Employees get their full salary history without raising a
request.

Documents and letters
Store offer letters, appointment letters, contracts, certificates and ID proofs
against each employee record. Generate letters from reusable templates, share them
