Good app but loyalty points sucks it uses my loyalty points but after placing the order i get back the original price 😔... rest the app is good

I'm experiencing an issue with my food order through the app. Despite showing as 'delivered', I haven't received my food. Unfortunately, your support team's response time is slow, and after waiting for 12 minutes, they simply replied that the rider is on the way. However, I've already placed an alternative order elsewhere. I suggest improving your operational efficiency and support team's responsiveness to prevent such incidents in the future.
