I'm experiencing an issue with my food order through the app. Despite showing as 'delivered', I haven't received my food. Unfortunately, your support team's response time is slow, and after waiting for 12 minutes, they simply replied that the rider is on the way. However, I've already placed an alternative order elsewhere. I suggest improving your operational efficiency and support team's responsiveness to prevent such incidents in the future.

Frequent APP crashes while lists are open, e.g. list of flavours. It also crashes when Cart is kept open for a while. Moreover, the APP loses the data about Cart when it crashes, and we have to start from zero to place the order, because there is no particular button provided to go to the Cart once the APP is relaunched. The only option is to add the items again to make the Cart option visible. SUGGESTION: Make the Cart button visible all the time somewhere in APP & should not lose added items.

My loyalty points disappeared from the app after I accidentally attempted to place order by card, and then closed the online payment portal. Log out and log in did not work, and no response from NY212 support. Really disappointed!
