Original review: 10/4/21 (1 star) "This app is terrible. Fingerprint access doesn't work and nor does my credentials, every time I try to log in it gives a message of bad request or unknown critical error... if it was fixed I'm sure it would be better than the previous application and I would update this review. Although as of now, I can log in fine and dandy to the old app." **New review: Issue was resolved and the app works great! A fairly quick response time to my problem thank you team!

Frustrating. (Only if I didn't have to give a star) Went thru all my financial obligations that has an EFT and when I got here the app, it was time for an update. After it did that now I can't get in. So I am going to wait awhile before I decide to just do away with the app itself. Well as of 05/09/22 all of my app issues has been resolved. Great 👍 job NYCM.

I dont really like this new app. Its really hard to find out exactly what you have left to pay on your insurance. The front pg looks nicer than the older app. But I'm going to continue to use the older app. It took me a while to figure out where exactly everything was on the older app. This new app, I can't find the things that I have finally figured out on the old app. I like seeing the grand total and also seeing just how much is left.
