When the app decides to work it is great but every time I call their customer service about how it's crashing and not letting me log in, they say nothing is wrong with the app. It's so frustrating. It's a very flawed and glitched system. One day it will decide to work but most days it just crashes on me before it's even loaded. I'm only giving 2 stars because when using the app it's simple and helpful and easy to use. Please fix this app so we can use it without it crashing.

Pro tip: if you are stuck getting one time passcodes that do not work, Go through the forgot password recovery. This was the only time I got a passcode that worked, and it allowed me to reset to my old password. Maybe they should update their app more often than every 3 years to prevent things like this. App works fine once you're finally able to access it.

It's a nice banking app WHEN IT ACTUALLY WORKS! I understand apps crash or glitch sometimes. But I've been having the same issue with the app crashing right after log in and then it won't load again for days. This has been happening for at least 1 year! Fix the bug already! I see in the reviews that this has been happening to everyone recently so it's not like you're not aware of the problem. Now it's just ridiculous
