Your messages are processed on your phone. ZivaPay+ identifies supported transactions, organises them by wallet and type, and helps you understand where your money went.

Your SMS messages, transaction history, balances and Financial Health calculations are processed locally on your phone.

ZivaPay+ uses limited usage and crash diagnostics linked to an app installation. These diagnostics do not include message contents, transaction amounts or balances.

Your transaction history is not uploaded automatically. Exports and masked format reports leave the app only when you choose to send them. You can review a masked report before sending it.
