Apiora is a friendly, no-fuss beekeeping app for beekeepers who'd rather watch their bees than fumble with a phone.

Record a hive inspection just by talking. Apiora listens, understands what you say, and fills in the right fields for you, so you can keep your gloves on and your hands free.

🎙️ Hive inspections by voice
Speak naturally as you work the hive. Say something like "queen seen, brood on six frames, calm temperament, honey stores low," and Apiora turns it into a tidy, structured inspection record. Your full recording is always saved as a note too, so nothing ever slips through the cracks.

✏️ Log as much or as little as you want
No long form to grind through. Fill in only the fields that matter for this visit and leave the rest blank. Starting a new inspection? Apiora can prefill it from the hive's last visit, so you only change what's actually new.

📶 A beekeeping journal built for the field
Apiaries are rarely where the reception is, so Apiora keeps working when your signal doesn't. Everything you record is stored safely on your phone and syncs automatically the moment you're back in range. Nothing is lost, and there's no waiting around. (Voice recognition uses your phone's built-in dictation, so offline use depends on your device and the languages it has installed.)

Pop an NFC tag on each beehive, tap it with your phone, and start dictating right away. It's perfect for working your way around the apiary, hive by hive.

🐝 Your whole apiary in one place
Simple apiary management, however you keep bees:
• Group your hives into apiaries and see each colony's history at a glance
• Stay on top of hive health: varroa checks, treatments, and diseases like nosema
• Get reminders when a hive is due a check, a follow-up, or a treatment step
• See which colonies look ready to harvest
• Share an apiary with helpers or mentors as managers or viewers
• Build inspection templates that match how you work, right in the app
• Export your beekeeping records, treatment logs, and apiary summaries as spreadsheets or PDFs (online only)
