while their app is minimalistic, their products and customer care are awesome. I bought the Oakter hub and multiple smart devices back in 2020. They worked fine for a while and we had to disconnect them as we were traveling. Now after 2 years I got back home and had trouble connecting the hub to the new WiFi at home. Their CS team helped me very patiently and resolved the issue, in particular Shubham Tiwari was very helpful to get my smart devices working, after 5 years! Super happy. thank you!

UPDATE: Google Assistant no longer supported. Imagine buying a new device to connect to you Google Home, and it stopped working with no warranties. There are too few options to even make it usefull. For Samsung AC remote, just on/off and temperature! What about so many other button on a remote. If they can map 1 button, they can map 10 more. Not a rocket science.

The app interface needs a lot of improvements. (A) Some features are strikingly missing: 1. No option to REMOVE a device, that has been out of use/damaged/replaced. 2. No option to set a device as the Default/ or re-order devices. There should be a MANAGE YOUR DEVICES Page allowing users to re-arrange/remove existing devices. (B) Custom remotes are pretty much useless, as the buttons are not "CLICKABLE" on Google Home or Alexa. That's quite a disappointment. This should be fixed immediately.
