Product outlook is good, but app is full of bugs. Can't do the setup properly. Error messages are not useful. OTP feature doesn't work. Asks for Wi-Fi password, which I don't understand why and this was a turn off for me. Also asks to connect to 2.5 GHz wifi, which again doesn't make any sense. Couldn't proceed with the setup anymore.

UPDATE: Google Assistant no longer supported. Imagine buying a new device to connect to you Google Home, and it stopped working with no warranties. There are too few options to even make it usefull. For Samsung AC remote, just on/off and temperature! What about so many other button on a remote. If they can map 1 button, they can map 10 more. Not a rocket science.

Very very sad customer service experience. Something has definitely changed in the application team. Wasn't like this earlier. I had rated a 5 star in 2016. Complete disownership of customer. Certain smart plugs that cost Rs. 2,500 and required a hub have been discontinued, only response from Customer Service is 'We have discontinued the product'. That's the SOP as understood from Customer service. So what is the customer who bought such discontinued costly products supposed to do???. The team doesn't even take slightest of effort to figure out if it's a hardware or software issue. I could fix the issue myself by opening the device. But they didn't even bother to look into it. They have an incorrect reporting of device status which has been so for long time now. I don't even have a timeline when it will be fixed. Truly sad state of affairs.
