Been working OK since Mar 2024 when: Live feed pauses every 10 seconds & stays paused for a while. Doesn't matter whether Wifi or cell network. And the Help ticket doesn't work. Had to send an email. They replied they got it. Then nothing. But it did start working again after a few days. This problem happened again in mid-April 2025, and they corrected it at least for a week before it started misbehaving again. In June 2025, repeated pausing. Works OK since.

We subscribe to OAN live for the television feed, which in the past has worked. The majority of the time lately, we've been ending up with a blank screen. Why should we continue to subscribe to something that we're not receiving. not very impressed with their television transmission app. they need to update the app.It hasn't been updated for several years.

Can not use this app. Each day, my password will not work and needs to be reset. I tried to contact you, but your recaptcha thing does not have a submit button, so it times out, and I can not tell you about my difficulties. I am beyond frustrated with owning for a subscription I can't use. I love oan when I can get it to work but it is too troublesome. I reset my password and enter it but I do not think the submit button is working. Very frustrating. I would contact you if I could!
