They tell you to download the app at check in to get more information about the resort. For some reason it's not letting me download, constantly says pending. At least have secondary information for guests who can't get access through this stupid app. By the way this place blows I don't recommend the "resort" at all. Not inclusive. Nothing works here. Long lines. Look somewhere else.

Check in just don't work. I reserved 3 rooms for 6 people, but when I insert the reservation number or shows just 2 rooms for 4 people. When I try to send the documentation, in the last step (email) I receive the error "An error occurred. Please try again". So I spent a lot of time trying to advance the process, but I will need to do everything at the front desk anyway.

Hi I've tried to check in through the app the passport photo uploaded fine, but every time I submit my email address it says "there is an error please try again" if I am doing something wrong I would happily rewrite my review but at the minute I would only give it one star.
