They tell you to download the app at check in to get more information about the resort. For some reason it's not letting me download, constantly says pending. At least have secondary information for guests who can't get access through this stupid app. By the way this place blows I don't recommend the "resort" at all. Not inclusive. Nothing works here. Long lines. Look somewhere else.

Check in just don't work. I reserved 3 rooms for 6 people, but when I insert the reservation number or shows just 2 rooms for 4 people. When I try to send the documentation, in the last step (email) I receive the error "An error occurred. Please try again". So I spent a lot of time trying to advance the process, but I will need to do everything at the front desk anyway.

We had to bring groceries to an "all inclusive"! 👎👎👎🚫🚫🚫 To put short.. worst vacation experience . I've been going to Cancun for years and I've never been more disappointed. Couldn't get water. Couldn't get decent service. This place reminded me of a broke man with a Gucci belt. Looked nice.. wasn't worth nothing. The employees were rude, the liquor was cheap. It was awful they said no to everything.
