About this app

OasisNow is the field companion app for Oasis Management crews, contractors, and the property managers we work with. It is not a public app; access is by invitation only.

For field teams:

Sign in without a password, using a text-message code or a passkey
Punch in and out with automatic confirmation that you're at the right job site
Switch between work activities as your day changes
Capture before/after job photos and videos, notes, and receipts right from the job
Keep working with no signal. Punches and job updates queue on the phone and sync the moment you're back online
Get push notifications for schedule and job updates
Use it comfortably day or night with full dark mode support

For property managers:

A read-only portal showing the live status of the work happening at your properties, no phone calls needed

Location is only ever recorded while you're punched in. It starts the instant you clock in and stops the instant you clock out, enforced on our servers so it holds even if the phone loses signal or the app closes. Full details are in the in-app privacy policy.

What’s new

Oasis Management for the field crew. Punch in and out from the job site, see the jobs assigned to you, and send photos when the work is done. Submit receipts for reimbursement, check your hours week by week, and message the office without leaving the app. Sign in with a code texted to your phone, then with your fingerprint or face after that. No password to remember. English and Spanish. Punches you make with no signal send themselves once you are back in range.
