The MPR (Monthly Progress Report) Mobile Application is the official digital platform developed for the Directorate of Economics & Statistics (DE&S), Government of Odisha. The application is designed to streamline the monitoring, and analysis of Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) for various government schemes and development projects. It improves data accuracy, and ensures timely reporting for effective monitoring and decision-making.

The MPR Mobile Application provides a centralized platform for managing, and reviewing implementation data from multiple departments and field offices. The system offers real-time monitoring, analytical dashboards, and reporting tools that help administrators evaluate scheme performance and support evidence-based planning.
The application includes a Public Dashboard that allows citizens, researchers, policymakers, and other stakeholders to access aggregated information on government schemes and project progress without registration or login. The dashboard presents summary statistics and progress indicators, promoting transparency while protecting confidential administrative information.
