After update to Android 12, you need to call the service center (verify who you are) to un-tie your phone with Obank account. Uninstall the app. Reinstall. Re-tie the phone to the app. App still needs English!!!!

Very user unfriendly service. Online video staff very very hard to access. Tried multiple times but all failed . Plus very very poor interbank transfer service
