Ratings and reviews

They asked me to review a book. I paid for & read it. Spent several hours on the review. They deleted it, without giving me a chance to rework it and without telling me what was wrong. They gave me a week to start all over again and write another review.. Hard pass. My mistake for not doing better research. FYI example, many of the accepted reviews read: I was really scared and whined along with the character. They didn't buy the book. I have the receipt.

The app is user-friendly and easy to read, with options to adjust fonts and brightness, which is great. However, I deducted 2 stars because there's no feature that allows users to jump directly to a specific page. This makes it inconvenient when trying to compare content on different pages. For example, if I'm on page 60 and want to reference something on page 4, I have to swipe through all the pages instead of being able to select page 4 directly.

At first, the app worked great but then I think they updated it because it kicked me out of my account and wouldn't let me log back in and when I uninstalled and reinstalled it it was different. Every attempt at resetting my password has been difficult and a waste of time, there's no way to get a hold of anyone unless you have linked in or another app I've never heard of. I just completed my first paid review and have yet to get paid for it
