Ratings and reviews

The search for tickets work, thus 2 stars. After buying on thw website they force you to install the app insteas of simply mailing you the ticket. They also aend you promotional mails even if you choose not to receove them. I also got an account "prepared" for me. logging into it was the only was to receove my ticket. Problem: no logim data was provided. Luckily, forgot password has worked. Short: way more complicated than it has to be amd a little sketchy.

The login/registration functionality don't work. I made the registration, didn't received a confirmation email and if I try to register again - it says I already exist in their system. Yet I still can't login!!! And when I tried to reset my password - this time I received an email but the link redirected me to the main screen and nothing actually happened. I wasn't able to reset my password nor I can log in with the current one. If it was possible to rate them less than 1 star, I would!

Sometimes, Obilet peovides economic service,but always tries to trick..by showing wrong location of hotels.. returning bus tickets, and the worst part is their customer service. Hotel rooms are not the same what you see, they can change after your booking. These are usual things,I am sure there are more. Usually, no help is available, even if it becomes available, it disappears in milliseconds
