I bought a bus ticket and arrived at the stop, it turns out that my ticket was not registered in the carrier’s system and in the end I had to wait another three hours until the next bus and buy the ticket again at the ticket office. Obilet did not help in any way, they told me to contact the bus company for a refund, although I paid Obilet, the support is terrible, with every new communication you have to explain the problem again and again. Don't reccomend

The app is not helping and the tickets that are from there are not real. The phone is wrong, all the website is only in Turkish and you cannot log in. I insist on reimbursement because turns out I don't have a ticket because there in not such bus.

It only deducted from my credit card but not issuing any tickets. I kept appearing error but monies was deducted, after liaise with their customer services, they refunded back to me. Using web or app, all having issues, using 4 different master card and VISA, all cannot go through. It has refunded me 2 times, still pending 8 transactions to refund back to me.
